1. 采用免蜡缸方式，缩短精密铸造生产流程，无需经蜡保温箱24小时静置，直接由静置桶输入射蜡机，可节省设备，人工，场地等。

2. 三层蜡管冷却器，采用热媒油加热或冷却，蜡温控制自如，性能可靠。温度误差控制在±0.5℃，收缩率控制在0.5%以内。

3. 射嘴可调，可配合模具上下左右前后调整。

4. 蜡流压力，流量分开控制。能实现二次增压，从而有效地防止蜡模收缩，蜡件品质更优。

5. 液压元件及电器元件均为原装进口，性能稳定可靠，性价比高。

6. 根据客户要求，该机可实现温度，压力，流量自动适时控制。
